Who we are
TradersQuant (“we”, “us”) operates the TradersQuant market-intelligence platform. This policy explains what personal data we process and your rights under the EU/UK GDPR.
Data we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address, and profile image to create and identify your account.
- Your content — watchlists, portfolios, and alerts you create.
- Usage data — pages visited and features used, to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including aggregate analytics).
- Technical data — IP address and device/browser information, used for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
To provide and personalise the Service, save your data across devices, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (security and improvement), and your consent where required.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the Service — for example authentication (Google, Microsoft), hosting and database (Vercel, Neon), payments (Stripe), email, and analytics/error monitoring. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep account and content data while your account is active and delete it within a reasonable period after you close your account, except where we must retain records to comply with the law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, or to delete your account and data, contact us below.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and may use privacy- friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
International transfers
Where data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
