Terms of Service

TradersQuant is a research, analytics and educational tool only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, a research recommendation, an inducement, or an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument.

• Scores, rankings, forecasts, options strategies, screeners, “smart-money” and sentiment signals, and AI-generated investment theses are produced by automated models that are probabilistic, may contain errors, and may rely on delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate data.
• We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary, and no advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment, trading, and financial decisions and for evaluating the merits and risks involved. You should consult a licensed professional before making any decision.
• Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription, which may begin with a free trial. The plan, price, trial length, and billing interval are shown to you at sign-up before you confirm. Please read this section carefully — it explains automatic renewal and how to cancel.

• Free trial. If you start a free trial, you must provide a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the then-current price (e.g. US$19.95/month) at the end of the trial.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions are recurring. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged the then-current fee until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to store your payment method and charge it on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your profile (Subscription → Cancel) or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund amounts already paid, except as set out in Section 6 or required by law.
• Price changes. We may change prices and plan features. We will give you at least 30 days’ advance notice, and changes apply to the next billing period. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
• Promotional and “locked” rates. Discounted rates described as “for life” or “locked in” (e.g. referral pricing) mean the rate applies for as long as your subscription remains continuously active — if your subscription is cancelled or lapses, the locked rate is forfeited and re-subscribing is at the then-current price. We further reserve the right to adjust any rate, including locked and promotional rates, in response to inflation, material changes in economic or market conditions, significant expansion of the Service, or increases in our underlying costs — always with at least 30 days’ advance notice, so you can cancel before the new rate applies if you disagree.
• Taxes. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
• Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry, suspend or downgrade your access, and you remain responsible for amounts due.
• Referral discounts. Any referral or promotional pricing is subject to the terms presented at the time and may be changed or withdrawn; abuse (e.g. fake or self-referrals) may result in forfeiture of the discount and/or account termination.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing a payment method you agree to Stripe’s terms and authorize the charges described above. We do not store full card numbers; card data is handled by Stripe. Charges may appear on your statement under a descriptor such as “TradersQuant”.

We provide a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before any charge. Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods, downgrades, or unused access. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see Section 5). Statutory rights of withdrawal or cancellation that cannot be waived (for example, certain consumer rights in the EU/UK) are not affected by this section.

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, cache, or systematically extract data from the Service, or use bots or automated means beyond any documented API;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works of the Service or its underlying models, scores, or algorithms;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit the Service or any data, output, or content obtained from it;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with paywalls, rate limits, security, or access controls, or share or resell account access;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt or overload the Service;
• use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to provide regulated financial advice to third parties.
